Matt Denn is Managing Director at the DRK Foundation, where he sources new investments, partners with nonprofit leaders to build capacity, and serves on the boards of All Means All, Accelerator for America, City Bureau, Cultural Brokers, and First Place for Youth. He also helps guide the Foundation’s strategy, thought leadership, and external outreach.

Previously, Matt served as Delaware’s 25th Lieutenant Governor (2009–2015), 45th Attorney General (2015–2019), and Insurance Commissioner (2005–2009). In these roles, he championed criminal justice reform, expanded education access for students with disabilities, and advanced consumer protection laws.

A graduate of UC Berkeley and Yale Law School, Matt remains active in public service as Co-Chair of the Redding Consortium on Educational Equity and Vice President of Action for Delaware’s Children.
