The recommendations in this report have been developed by the Mississippi Youth Voice board as strategies to decrease negative experiences and increase positive outcomes for Mississippi’s transition-aged foster youth. The recommendations reflect a comprehensive review of current programs and policies, youth experiences, and assessment of youth outcome data.
