  • My First Place Program

Founded in Cincinnati by the Sisters of Charity in October 1829, NewPath Child & Family Services is one of the oldest child and family service agencies in the nation. It provides comprehensive behavioral health and educational treatment services to more than 4300 youth and families each year. NewPath joined the My First Place Network in 2019 to expand services and improve self-sufficiency for transition-age foster youth.

About the Partnership

NewPath joined the My First Place Network in 2019 through our partnership with the Greenlight Fund and Hamilton County Jobs and Family Services.

The upheaval caused by COVID-19 highlighted how vital a safe place to call home and a strong support system truly is for young people entering adulthood. In 2022, we began discussions with Hamilton County Job and Family Services to expand services for older foster youth throughout the county.
