As First Place’s Chief of Staff, Vicki is an integral member of the leadership team, ensuring high-quality, on-time execution of the strategic priorities that advance our organizational goals and mission. She supports the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team with effective decision-making, project management, and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization, interfacing with both internal and external stakeholders. Vicki works cross-functionally across all levels of the organization and is also the primary liaison to our Board of Directors. Prior to First Place, Vicki served as the Assistant to the Middle School Head and Dean of Staff at The Athenian School in Danville, CA.
