Leadership at First Place for Youth

Tiffany Dillard

Mississippi County Program Manager

Tiffany Dillard is the County Program Manager for Mississippi’s My First Place program. In this role, Tiffany looks forward to collaborating with a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team to empower youth and make a lasting impact on their lives.

Tiffany describes her “superpowers” as being the ability to meet and see people where they are (especially during moments when they just aren’t able to), her genuine concern for the well-being of others, and her out-of-the-box thinking and steadfast approach to problem-solving and helping others overcome barriers. These superpowers have enabled her to excel while in various leadership, team facilitation, and direct service roles, but Dillard is most proud of the positive impact she has made on the lives of others. Dillard’s belief in the power of community, connections, and collaboration has been the catalyst for her career, spanning 27 years, in nonprofit management, youth and adult education, child and human development, child and family advocacy, child welfare, and trauma-informed victim services. For more than 18 years, Tiffany, a TBRI Practitioner, served in various leadership and administrative roles at both state and local levels, where she has worked tirelessly to improve outcomes for children and youth.

Tiffany has lived on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 12 years with her husband of 23 years, their 3 children, 2 grandest-babies, and very spoiled Japanese Akita. There is never a dull moment in their multi-family home and she wouldn’t have it any other way!

Tiffany is excited to be on board and looks forward to working with the phenomenal MS Dream Team to effectively implement MFP in Mississippi with high fidelity.
