Sheri Paulo is a retired Human Resource Professional who most recently served as the Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer for Bank of the West. Sheri has more than 35 years of HR experience in financial services. Previously, she was Managing Director and Senior HR Advisor for Citigroup’s Global Retail Banking and International Mortgage Division. She also held senior HR roles for U.S. retail, commercial, mortgage, and consumer business lines at Citi, as well as positions in employee relations, employment policy, business development, training, and HR administration. Throughout her career she also held HR roles at Wells Fargo and Interactive Transaction Services. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor’s Degree.
