With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of people, technology, and data, Lydia has held senior positions in strategy, operations, and analytics across startups and mid-stage companies, including nCompass Labs (now Microsoft), The Consumer Experience Practice (now WPP), Jupiter Media Mextrix (now Forrester Research), Canoe Ventures, and Ziff Brothers Investments.

Lydia has extensive board experience, having served on several Boards, including the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, New York Chapter, Raised By Us, and Our Turn. She is a decades-long member of the Astia Angels.
