As the Director of Practice Development, Kwamane ensures that our agency delivers quality services to young people nationally. Through careful training, coaching, and staff development, we can increase the quality of services our direct service staff provides to youth.
Kwamane joined First Place for Youth in 2019 as a national practice support manager. He guided the organization’s national expansion in Massachusetts, Ohio, and New York. Kwamane has vast experience working with vulnerable populations and is a professional in positive youth development.
Kwamane holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Ferrum College and a Master’s in Business Administration. He is also a certified life coach and a published author.
