Keith Shultz is a retired executive who spent his career in the Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. He was a leader in Human Resources, Technology, and Operations, primarily at Bank of America and Kaiser Permanente. He joined the First Place for Youth board in 2010. Since leaving corporate life, he spent several years running a small consulting firm and now spends time serving on non-profit boards, traveling, and cooking.
