Ivor Nanton is the Interim Director (Chief Audit Executive) at Hardesty LLC and former VP, Global Internal Audit for The Clorox Company. Ivor began his career with General American Transportation (GATX) in Chicago after graduating with a B.S. Accounting from the University of Illinois – Chicago. He worked in the Internal Audit group in Chicago before being transferred to the San Francisco office in 2003. As a result of his transition from his native home of Chicago to the Bay Area in 2003, he became actively involved with his new community. Ivor Nanton served as President of the San Francisco chapter of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) and Chairman of the Accounting Career Awareness Program Board (ACAP); and a member of the Finance Committee for the Museum of African Diaspora. Ivor has also served as Co-chair for key programs at Clorox, including Advancement and Development Committee for the African American Employee Resource Group; Getting Involved for Tomorrow (GIFT) giving program.
