A seasoned and passionate HR leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate HR, Hilda specialized in developing and recruiting talent, aligning culture with strategy, team building and coaching top executives.  She retired from her most recent position as VP of Talent and Culture at the Clorox Company in 2021.  With a background in finance and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, Hilda brings a broad understanding of strategy and business to her current nonprofit work.
