As Regional Director of Programs, Liz provides oversite to the Contra Costa and Solano region to ensure high quality services. Liz is responsible for the operational success ensuring seamless team management and development, program delivery, quality control and evaluation.

Liz began her career at First Place for Youth as a Youth Advocate, working closely with young people to support their healthy living goals. She then moved into the County Program Manager role, before taking on her current position as Regional Director of Programs for Contra Costa and Solano Counties. With a strong passion for empowering youth, Liz is dedicated to providing youth with the resources and opportunities they need to achieve success. She is deeply inspired by fostering meaningful change and ensuring that every youth has the chance to thrive. Guided by a commitment to consistency, transparency, and building lasting relationships, Liz leads a team of skilled professionals who prioritize the needs of each individual. Her leadership is rooted in a dedication to maintaining high fidelity and ensuring that youth remain the focal point of every effort. Liz holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Holy Names University.
