Bernah Posadas serves as Director of Housing at First Place for Youth, bringing more than a decade of experience in housing, homelessness services, and nonprofit leadership. Throughout her career, Bernah has led housing programs serving communities across Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and the City and County of San Francisco, with a strong focus on housing stability, supportive services, and creating pathways to long-term independence. She began her career in direct housing services before advancing into leadership roles overseeing housing operations, rapid rehousing, supportive housing, landlord partnerships, and program development. With a background in accounting, Bernah brings a unique blend of fiscal, operational, and people-centered leadership to her work. She is deeply committed to strengthening housing systems and creating safe, stable housing opportunities that allow young people to thrive.
