Joined First Place: 2012

Michelle Zajac oversees the implementation of the My First Place program by our affiliate partners to ensure fidelity to the program model and high quality service to youth. Michelle has previously served as Assistant Director in Solano County and Regional Program Director in Los Angeles.

Michelle has been working in non-profit leadership roles for over 12 years, specializing in at-risk populations, youth development, and addictions. She has a Bachelor degree in Environmental Studies from Northeastern Illinois University, received a Master degree in Leadership Management from the City University of Seattle, and is a certified Domestic Violence counselor.
