Assistant Vice President of Programs

In her role as Assistant Vice President of Programs for Contra Costa and Solano Counties, Lauren Grayman is responsible for oversight of the My First Place program in the counties, providing leadership and management to ensure quality of service and outcomes.

Lauren previously served as Clinical Program Manager for Contra Costa County and, prior to joining First Place, was the Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the North Bay, where she oversaw operations, fundraising, and program services.

Lauren is a licensed marriage and family therapist, and she holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brandeis University and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from New College of California.
